In virtually every case, an insurance company is silently and secretly standing behind the person or corporation who is responsible for your loss or injury. We are not allowed to tell a jury about it, but the insurance company is there. It already is paying the other side’s defense costs, including for the defense lawyer, and it will pay the amount of damages the jury determines is proper.

Although we are skilled and tenacious, our attorneys do not seek to take homes away from people (with the rare exception of some sexual exploitation cases, usually involving children—but that’s it.)
