About

We are here because we have a passion for correcting injustice and helping injured people be treated fairly after the losses they have suffered. Insurance companies take advantage of people in almost every case, and we are here to help.

Experienced. Focused. Service.

We provide first-rate legal services to people who have been harmed by others. Part of that service is treating every client with respect, compassion, and individual attention. We’ll treat you as a person, not a case number. We know how devastating serious injuries can be for you and your family, and how frustrating it is to deal with insurance companies and complex legal rules. We will listen to you, and we’ll explain the process as we go along.

We have the experience to know how to help. We have represented clients in thousands of personal injury cases, including injuries arising out of auto accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and many other types of cases. We have an office in Medford, Oregon. We have also represented clients in Washington, California, Hawaii, and other states.

You may contact us at any time. If you are not yet a client, we provide a free first interview with absolutely no obligation. In this free interview we will let you know your legal rights, how we can help you, and whether or not you need an attorney. This is part of our service to the community – helping people know whether they have a case and whether they need an attorney.

What Makes Us Different?

We are attorneys who are also human beings. We love helping our clients fight the giant insurance companies that stand behind the defendants in essentially all of our cases. We love holding those insurance companies to their promise of making the injured person whole again. We are passionate about caring for each and every one of our clients. That is why we work so hard to learn your story. It’s what makes us human and part of a healthy community.

When you have been injured or a loved has been injured or killed by the careless actions of someone else, the problems you face can be very difficult to overcome. You now must deal with medical appointments or funeral arrangements, and you must somehow get by with less income and more expenses. In addition, you have also now entered a new legal world that is confusing and frustrating because it runs on complicated rules and timelines that you have never even heard of before.

We are here to help. Your task is to heal and get your life back together again. We’re here to take care of the rest.

  • Collect and document the information and facts about your accident
  • Conduct liability investigations
  • Analyze your medical records
  • Communicate with the insurance companies and complete all paperwork
  • Negotiate with the at-fault person’s insurance company
  • Make sure you are fully paid for all losses
  • File the correct paperwork to take your case to court if necessary (with your approval)

We’re with you every step of the way, from the moment we accept your case until it’s finally resolved. Your case may be settled through informal negotiations,” “mediation,” “arbitration,” or possibly even a “jury trial. Regardless of which process is used, you will always be the one to decide whether to accept or reject an offer to settle. We’ll help you understand your options at each point of decision, so that you can decide what is right for you. If the insurance company agrees to pay a fair amount, an out-of-court settlement is the best option. But if the insurance company won’t deal fairly, we are fully able and willing to take your case to court.

Some law firms handle many types of cases in many different areas of the law. We are focused on only one area: personal injury. That’s it. We help people when someone hurts them . Because we focus on just personal injury, we know the law very well and can help you far better than if we tried to keep up-to-date in many different areas of law.

This means we don’t:

  • Handle divorce or criminal cases
  • Write wills and trusts
  • File bankruptcies or real estate transactions
  • Collect bad debts
  • Work for insurance companies

We further limit our practice to helping only “plaintiffs” (the people who have been injured). We do not work for insurance companies or defendants. We understand defendants need legal advice and we know that insurance companies provide attorneys to represent them. We believe that consistently serving only one side avoids any conflict of interest. We believe we can hone our skills and offer our best work if we only represent the victims.
